Emma D'Amico is currently a Ph.D. student at Carleton University and the co-coordinator of Carleton Climate Commons. Her research focuses on climate narratives, climate emotions, and climate-changed futures. She is dedicated to social change and works to participate in discussions around pedagogies that facilitate engagement with the climate crisis and affective responses to it. She is excited to be a part of the Ecology Ottawa team and jumpstart the EcoYouth Ottawa Program.
