Dancia Susilo has been an environmental enthusiast and started small environmental initiatives from the age of 10. Her first business, Dawning Sun Jewels (2011-2015), was all about reusing discarded material into handmade jewelry designs.
Dancia has since founded four businesses and manages two of them. With her background in organizational startups and development, she is now the executive director of The Missing Link Project, helping underprivileged youth. She is also a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant at GoodLife Fitness.
Dancia is focused on building a better future for the generations to come. She promotes sustainability, community collaboration, and holistic wellness. Dancia avoids driving or taking the bus and chooses to walk everywhere within a 3h range. She has won multiple local and national accolades for her work in the nonprofit sector as well as international accolades for her writing and leadership.
