City for All Women Initiative (CAWI) is a not-for-profit grassroots organization working towards a more inclusive Ottawa-Gatineau.
As intersectional feminists, we want to ensure that municipal governments systematically consider the perspectives of diverse women, girls, non-binary and gender-non-conforming people with lived experience of marginalization.
We pursue our mission through training, capacity building, civic engagement and advocacy. We work alongside women and organizations, and seek to engage City decision makers.
