Neighbours United leads successful campaigns and programs. From the first complete deep engagement canvassing program on climate anywhere in the world, to helping over 100,000 people in 14 communities say yes to 100% renewable energy, to delivering over 3500 bags of locally grown food to people in-need, to defending nature from ultra-wealthy CEOs and their corporations — we are powered by over 450 members and 20,000 supporters. Neighbours United has received several awards. For 2022, Canada’s Clean50 gave our deep engagement project a Top Project Award and an Emerging Leader Award to our Executive Director, Montana Burgess. In 2022, Neighbours United was the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards Winner from Charity Village. In 2020, Neighbours United became a certified Living Wage Employer and proudly maintains the certification.
