What is a Community Care Walk?
It’s a neighborhood walk where we look closely at how our surroundings support care, connection, and climate equity.
We’ll explore together:
Is it easy to get to parks, shops, health care, or transit? Are there safe and welcoming spaces for everyone? An d much more!

By walking and sharing what we notice, we can highlight our community’s strengths, uncover gaps, and gather ideas for making our neighborhood more caring and connected.
