Join CAWI's Caring Cities Initiative and Ecology Ottawa for an evening of community storytelling and art to celebrate residents and communities with the courage to act, learn and imagine a climate equitable and caring future.

Every corner of our city is feeling the impact of cost of living increases, extreme weather events and mounting uncertainties. Over the past year, CAWI and Ecology Ottawa have been building power together and in communities across Ottawa to understand how we can build a resilient and caring city.

What does real community power look like? Can we influence meaningful change in our city? Well, come join us on July 9th to find out!

We believe that celebration is an action. Coming together, sharing stories, building relationships, and enjoying a meal are all ways we strengthen our communities and create momentum for change. This event is both a celebration and an opportunity to build the connections and collective power needed to create a city that cares for everyone.

We'd love to celebrate with you. Please RSVP using the form so we can prepare enough food and seating for everyone attending.
