Join us as we officially open Hampton Park's pollinator meadow, the first project of our pollinator program to go live!
This project is a collaboration between Ecology Ottawa and our wonderful partners the Friends of Hampton Park, and it includes more than 50 native pollinator plants. We'll introduce the project, describe the pollinators supported, and plant a few additional plants. If there's enough sun, there may even be solar-cooked snacks!
The meadow is just southwest from the Island Park Drive entrance. If the weather is particularly rainy, we'll postpone to June 11. Please check this site or our social media for updates.
