Ecology Ottawa will be offering free tree saplings at the 2026 Grand Reopening of the Nepean Night Market on May 17th, between 5-9pm.
Our tree giveaways are a program that helps the community address a diversity of important environmental issues, including mitigating climate change, rebuilding our tree canopy, providing habitat for wildlife, creating shade for residents, and improving air, soil, and water quality in the city. The seedlings distributed through this program are for individuals to plant on private property.
