Q11 - Will you support the introduction of a user pay system for curbside residual waste collection, where residents pay for the bags or containers that they put out for collection, according to the actual level of service that they use?

Yes. This was implemented in Halton Hill where I am from with astonishing success and a huge reduction. While I am open to more marketing, communication and educational pieces I am also open to considering this IF we must. But, first seek all other means before fee for service.
