Yes. As a wife of a driver I understand staffing strategies need to be revamped and implemented as soon as possible as a way forward. There also need to be new innovative ideas for booking and schuedling and while there used to be a pool of drivers who can assist that may not be the case now as staffing struggles exist. I look forward to examining further and learn more about how we can help with continual monitoring and reviewing to get to the ideal we seek.
