Q11 - Will you support the introduction of a user pay system for curbside residual waste collection, where residents pay for the bags or containers that they put out for collection, according to the actual level of service that they use?

My mother has this system in Toronto. We are far behind the initiatives that work in other cities. I am glad to see us finally looking to change our model.

I do support this however I feel implementation may be more complicated than it is being made out to be.  Being able to find a median between fees, family and home sizes, income equality, and budget needs may be a fine balance.
