No. I believe broader community consultation needs to take place before supporting an added expenditure for taxpayers who are already experiencing financial constraints.

I wouldn't be against this idea.  I think the merits and the cost associated with implementing might outweigh the desired results.  I would need to review case studies to ensure the project would not add to the tax payers’ bill.
