“Focus on improving the relevance of routes as per the specific recreational, professional and medical-based needs of riders, and increasing reliability by using grounded, real-world research models and feedback from drivers and transit riders, primarily. Make reliability the goal to rebuild trust. Focus on education to increase the awareness of the importance of public and active transportation options and their carbon foot print.”
