Ecology Ottawa has a large constituency of people who care about environmental issues, and we want to connect them with activities that directly affect those issues.
Come join us for data labs. In these sessions you would become familiar with how our database system works and learn the basic tools we use for public outreach, and help us optimize it. This is essential to Ecology Ottawa as it helps organize our large database of volunteers and supporters so that we may better communicate with them directly and effectively. Don’t be alarmed, this sounds more complicated than it actually is and requires no knowledge of programming or computer skills!Our weekly data lab sessions are held on Wednesdays from 5-7pm and Thursdays from 2-4pm.
