"I believe sustainable transportation has to be safe, connected, accessible and practical for everyday residents.
Ottawa already has commitments in its Transportation Master Plan to make walking and cycling more attractive alternatives to driving. My role as a councillor would be to make sure those commitments translate into projects that residents can actually see and use.
I would advocate for safe and connected sidewalks, cycling routes and multi-use pathways, particularly where there are missing links."
