Prepare before emergencies happen.

Reduce flood and storm risks by investing in stormwater infrastructure, drainage, flood-risk mitigation and resilient roads and public facilities

I would push for climate resilience to be considered whenever the City builds or renews critical infrastructure, and for contingency plans when multiple emergencies happen at the same time"
