"The first issue that got me interested in politics was the lack of sidewalks in my neighbourhood. Since 2022, I have promoted several sidewalk and bike lane/MUP projects in College Ward. I was also successful in striking a deal between the City and MTO to add better pedestrian and cycling infrastructure across the Hwy 417 overpasses in the ward, providing safer options.
I will continue to support active transportation at Committee and Council and I will fight any attempts to remove sidewalks and bike lanes from infrastructure projects."
